All-on-X full-mouth restoration: teeth in a day
All-on-X replaces a full arch of upper or lower teeth with a fixed bridge held by four to six implants. You leave the same day with 3D-printed teeth, and once you've fully healed, your permanent zirconia teeth are placed. The teeth stay in. They don't come out at night and don't need adhesive.

What to expect
- Consultation and planningAn exam, x-rays and a conversation about your goals. We plan where each implant goes and give you a written plan with costs.
- Removing failing teethAny teeth that can't be saved are removed, usually at the same appointment as implant placement.
- Implant placement and teeth in a dayFour to six implants are placed in the jaw, and a fixed set of 3D-printed teeth is attached the same day. You leave with teeth.
- Permanent zirconia teethOnce you're fully healed, your permanent full-arch bridge is made from zirconia, a strong, natural-looking ceramic, and fitted. Follow-up visits check your bite and healing.

Options
All-on-X vs. dentures
A denture rests on the gums and can slip. An All-on-X bridge is attached to implants, so you can bite and chew with more confidence.
Why zirconia
Zirconia is a very strong, stain-resistant ceramic. It resists chipping and looks like natural teeth.

Common questions
Will I leave with teeth the same day?
Yes. After the implants are placed, a fixed set of 3D-printed teeth is attached the same day. Your permanent zirconia teeth replace them once you've fully healed.
What does "All-on-X" mean?
It's a general name for a full-arch bridge on several implants. "All-on-4" uses four implants; other plans use five or six. The number depends on your bone and bite.
How do I clean it?
You brush it daily and use a water flosser or special floss under the bridge. Regular professional cleanings and checkups keep the implants and gums healthy.
How much does it cost?
Cost depends on the number of implants, whether teeth need to be removed and the materials used. You'll get a written cost before anything begins, and we'll go over payment options, including monthly financing.
Can I get this if I already wear dentures?
Often, yes. If bone has been lost over time, we'll explain your options at the consultation.
